Today we went to the jewish center to learn about Passover. The pharough was mean. There were frogs and grasshoppers and other plags. We made matsa.

Yesterday Miss Sessions told us about Egypt. We leared that the boys did all the soing. It was fun. Yesterdays math, we did dollars and cents and all are home contreys.

Monday, 19 March

Thank you to all of our second grade parents for coming in to school for student-led conferences. The second graders were SO excited to have you come. I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Movie night is Friday. We'll be showing Happy Feet and Night at the Museum. We hope to see as many second graders there as possible for pizza and fun!

Yester day make a annimals a kangaroo the kangaroo was big and long make Karolina.,wombat make Sasha,wallaby I make a wallaby.,dingo make In ho, koala make Georg and Leah,platypus make Ken and a lizzard make Ella and a kookaburras make Sarah.... We made them the real size they are. And physical education.

We are very excited to have our parents come to school on Friday! Instead of classes taking place as usual, each student will come to school with his/her parents for 30 minutes. The second graders will let their parents know what life in our classroom is like. Your scheduled conference time is found on this week's homework sheet.
